Floating focus allows close focus down to 0.38 m/1.25 ft throughout the zoom range.
• An F2 max. aperture and G Master optics deliver exquisite, soft bokeh for deep, dimensional images. Spherical aberration is carefully controlled for ideal resolution/bokeh balance, and a new 11-blade circular aperture unit helps to deliver gorgeous ball bokeh. Onion-ring bokeh and color bleeding are effectively suppressed for refined image quality.
• This versatile standard zoom lens delivers image quality that rivals prime lenses plus amazing AF.
